1. Why is certain information missing?

Certain informations might not be available as the employers did not specify them. As long as you fit the requirements stated, feel free to apply for the job.

2. What do I do when theres only a email at contact infomation?
When theres only a email specified, you are required to send in a resume. (with recent picture)

3. What do I do when the job is no longer available?
When the spot has been taken, please contact us at darren_238@hotmail.com and I will personally remove the job from our listings.

4. What do I do when I found out certain information is wrong?
Please contact me at darren_238@hotmail.com if you find any wrong email or telephone number. I will personally correct the information on the listing.

5. What do I get if i subscribe?
If you subscribe, you will be the first to know when theres new jobs available on the site. You will also have exclusive information on what new features the developer is developing. We will also release high paying/hard to get/sure get jobs from time to time (These jobs have limited slots so please apply fast). Please ensure you receive an email to confirm your subscription. No clicking of link or replying email is required so please subscribe :).

6. I have subscribed but I didnt get a confirmation email!
Please be patient. A total of 24hrs is needed to process your request. If you have yet to receive an email after 24hrs, please resend your application.

7. What do I do if I have more questions?

Job scope :

-Look out for potential Sellers or Landlords who want to sell or rent out their properties.
-Call and inform me of your referree who is willing to discuss the matter with me.
-I will take it from there to liaise with the Seller/Landlord who is not obligated to appoint me as their agent.
-After deal is closed, you get rewarded

Reward: Up to 10% of my commission depending on the size of the deal (negotiable).
