Job scope :
?Look out for potential Sellers or Landlords (Referrees) who want to sell or rent out their properties.
?Call Me and inform me of your referree who is willing to discuss the matter with me.
?I will take it from there to liaise with the Seller/Landlord who is not obligated to appoint me as their agent.
?After deal is closed, you get rewarded

Reward: Up to 10% of my commission depending on the size of the deal (negotiable).
