Position 1 : Care Co-ordinator

Description : Involved in planning, co-ordinating, implementing and monitoring of integrated care programmes
                    for patients with chronic illnesses.
                    Your responsibilities will include the development of patient
                    Health education programmes, management of patients' and General Practitioners' database
                    and working with doctors and various key stakeholders to ensure the continuation of treatments
                    You need to monitor performance indicators and manage all matters
                    Pertaining to integrated care processes, have a broad understanding of hospital functions

Requirements :
                  - Diploma in Nursing with prior work experience in an hospital wards settings
                  - Able to converse in a local 2nd language
                  - Good team player with excellent analytical and communication skills


Position 2 : System Engineer

Description : To support gaming systems, servers, components and POS system
                    Able to troubleshooting and maintenance of gaming systems to minimize downtime
                    Have knowledge of installation ofgaming machines, set up firewall, routers, CCTV, networking
                    infrastructure and also to monitor, investigate, analyze and resolve issues
                    VIP Services Co-ordinator (work onboard the ship)
                    Deal with passengers with friendly and smiling personality and give good services to customers
                    To project a good company image to all customers
                    Responsible for the entire operation of the VIP counter
                    Inform and Explain the ship's programs and promotions onboard
                    Co-ordinate with Guest on other related customer services requirements.
                    Getting customers Feedback and Suggestions
                    To report about all incidents to VIP Manager and take further actions

Requirements:
                 - Post graduate diploma in IT or professional degree in engineering/computer/Telecommunication
                 - Skill in Windows Server, Win SQL Windows XP/Vista
                 - LAN/WAN including wireless environment
                 - At least 2-4 years of working experience in related field
                 - Secondary school education with knowledge of English and Mandarin
                 - Preferably with some relevant experience in the same industry
                 - Have a good memory and able to react fast
                 - Be able to work independently with less supervision
                 - A pleasant and a good nature personality
                 - Willing to work with good attitude
                 - Willing to work long hours with any shift onboard the ship


Position 3 : Slot Attendants (Onboard the ship)

Description : Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor
                    Responsible for ensuring that customer have sufficient credit to play slot machines
                    Answer general questions about machine play promotions
                    Identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate supervisor
                    Provide quality Guest Service, Corrects bill acceptor jams
                    Completes hand pays and jackpot pays, Resolves minor guest disputes
                    Follows all policies and procedures, Keeps the Casino clean
                    Assist Slot Supervisor and above with special projects and assignments
                    Completes other duties as directed by Slot Shift Supervisor

Requirements :
              - Completed Secondary education.
              - 1 year experience as a Slot Attendant or satisfactory completion of Slot Attendant Training course
              - Cash handling experience preferred
              - Must be able to perform basic mathematical skills/computations and write legible
              - Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations
              - Personable, guest oriented, work well with public
              - Physically fit and mentally alert
              - Must be available for any and all hours/days and able to rotate shifts if required
              -  Must be able to stand continuously for 8 hours and work in a smoking environment



Position 4 : Ticketing Officer

Description : Responsible to all embarkations duties
                    Answer phone enquires, Phone reservation
                    Customer service, Faxed schedule and flyers
                    Daily cash collection, Prepare boarding pax and ferry ticket
                    Update membership
                    Prepare sailing schedule and time table coordination with VIP services
                    Daily embarkation duties
                    Follow up other operations work and other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements :
                 - GCE `O' or `N' Level
                 - Experience in customer service and must be able to communicate bilingual language
                 - Must be quick and alert



Position 5 : Assistant - Documentation

Description : Releasing of Containers to customers which has to be executed promptly and with accuracy
                    Submit Manifest Reconciliation Submission (permits) to Customs timely and Customer focused

Requirements :
                 - At least 'O' levels
                 - Min 1 year working experience
                 - Hardworking and eager to learn
                 - Good communication skills and pleasant personality
                 - Computer Literate in MS Word / Excel
                 - Singaporeans
                 - Females



Postion 6 : Customer Service Coordinator

Description : You will attend to telephone enquiries and requests from customers
                    Monitoring and confirm all Booking and Vessels; application of dangerous goods through PSA
                    Liaising with shipping companies etc

Requirements :
                  - Min GCE 'O' or 'A' Level
                  - Min 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
                  - Candidates with customer service experience may be considered
                  - Nationality: Singaporeans / Singapore PRs
                  - Gender preference: Females



Position 7 : Assistant / Officer (AP)

Description : To coordinate with BKK-AP on vendor payments, assist in admin expenses entries to CODA
                    Prepare agents' accounts reconciliation
                    Ensure distribution of vendors' invoices to the correct PIC in a timely basis
                    Coordinating with BKK-AP & Operation Team on AP related function
                    Ensure the accounting records are kept according to local accounting standards and
                    proper documents are retained, financial and statutory compliance are met

Requirements :
                  - Diploma in Accounting / Business Studies from a recognized Polytechnic
                  - Gender: Female
                  - Nationality preferred: Singaporeans



Postion 8 : Analyst Programmer

Description : Supporting system development, including planning and design, project planning, technical
                    support and problem management
                    Involved in the designing, coding and testing of programs as well as the maintenance and
                    documentation of systems

Requirements :
                 - Degree in Computer Science or equivalents
                 - Preferable to have 1-2 years of experiences in VB6, ASP, T-SQL,Crystal Reports
                 - Candidates with working knowledge of Container Shipping will have an advantage
                 - Nice-to-have skills: J2EE, PL/SQL, ASP.NET
                 - Nationality preferred: Singaporeans
                 - Salary: Below $3k, depending on experience



Position 9 : Customer Svr Officer (COC Sales)

Description : Provide dynamic sales support / administration to the COC Sales Team in achieving the sales
                    target set by the management.
                    Respond to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints and follow them through until they have
                    been resolved or clarified.
                    Liaise with respective departments in ensuring customer satisfaction are met

Requirements :
                 - GCE 'O' Level and above
                 - 3 years relevant working experience in shipping / containers organisations preferred
                 - Customer-orientated ; good communication skills
                 - Nationality preferred: Singaporeans

Position 10 : Sales Executive (COC Sales)

Description : Sales representative to solicit with the existing/potential customers for cargo support
                    Attend to customers' inquiries; requests or complaints and follow through
                    Monitoring and reporting to the immediate superior of the lifting performance and continuously
                    seek work improvement to generate good sales volume and revenue to the company

Requirements :
                 - Diploma and above
                 - At least 5 years relevant working experience in shipping / containers organisations
                 - Customer-orientated ; good communication skills
                 - Possess own vehicle
                 - Nationality preferred: Singaporeans
                - Salary: 3- $3.5K (Depending on experience and qualifications) + fixed monthly transport
                   allowance + fixed monthly parking allowance + fixed monthly Handphone allowance



Position 11 : Officer

Description : To plan/arrange the transport for collection/transfer spares/stores to the respective vessel
                    To monitor and evaluate supplier performance and to follow-up and take action on the
                     inspection Note of the rejection parts/stores
                    To collate quotation and input the quotation details into BASS Purchasing system and close the
                     comparison sheet for FM/Supt-in-charge for approval
                    Work closely with supplier and negotiate for the best price, payment term and ensure the term
                     conditions are made to our requirement
                     Raise purchase and work order to supplier and ensure that the procurement procedures are
                     compiled accordingly

Requirements :
                  - Diploma or Certificate in Purchasing Management or Business Studies
                  - Min 2 years' relevant working experience
                  - Nationality: Singaporeans
                  - Gender preferred: Females



Position 12 : Telemarketer (Large MNC)

Description : To make outbound cold calling to potential clients who are senior level decision makers
                    Schedule meetings and Fix appointments on behalf of sales personnel
                    Prepare and email company's profile to prospects if required

Requirements :
                 - Pleasant Voice with Professional Tone
                 - Excellent telephone etiquette skills and proficient in the English Language
                 - Positive Attitude and self motivated
                 - Must have working experience as telemarketer with high call through and appointments
                 - Able to start work immediately



Position 13 : Sales Executive/Account Manager (Solution Sales)

Description : Responsible for selling professional Integrated
                    Conferencing and Audio Visual Solutions to Commercial (MNCs),
                    Government & Education Sector
                    Work closely with the Technical Consultant team to proposed a Solution according to the
                    customers' requirement and secure the business
                    Hunt and secure new Accounts and develop Accounts from internal sales leads
                    Accountable for meeting sales targets and to achieve businesses that are aligned with the core
                    competencies of the company

Requirements :
                 - Preferably with minimum 1 year sales experience with good sales track record
                 - Fresh graduate will be consider if the candidate process a good academic record
                 - Strong determination to success in sales
                 - Have experience in dealing with customer in MNC, Government and Education
                 - Highly Motivated with strong desire to success
                 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
                 - Able to work independently in highly fast-moving and challenging environment
                 - Added advantage if have experience in developing new account
                 - Product Knowledge is not required, however, candidate with IT, PABX, Audio Visual, Video
                   Conferencing or selling photocopier experience will be an added advantage
